Hugh is amazing! This is the second time we have used him to buy a home. Everything moved very, very quickly, and Hugh was on top of everything that needed to be done. From contacting him to getting our old home photographed, on the market, shown, and under contract was about 2 weeks. We also went out looking for a new house probably 5 times in 3 weeks, and Hugh was able to efficiently set up appointments for when we could see them (working around kids and my husband's work) and he helped us narrow down our search criteria s... read more

Hugh Smith could not have been more knowledgeable, informative or helpful in helping my husband and I find the perfect home. Not only was he patient enough to walk through dozens of homes with us, he held the line and got the exact purchase price we were needing to pay. It didn't stop there. He gave us several Inspection companies to choose from to insure the house was in tip top shape and made sure the owner followed through with ALL repairs that needed to be taken care.
