Terrible property management group. I would advise the respective home owners to refrain from hiring them. They do a very shoddy job and are extremely rude. They have no sense of respect and treat tenants like garbage. Edit: I do live in Cincinnati
Their management of the property and tenants needs is very suboptimal/ way below minimum expected standards. Please do not ever think of residing in their property if you have two working people in a household driving two different cars. The property allows only one car parking spot and the second can't be arranged even when one is ready to pay extra.
