Andrew Rupley was very attentive to all our needs. If we had a question, he would get back to us usually the same day. We were referred to him by our agent in Kansas and would definitely recommend him to others.

We recently sold our vacation home in Spalding/Eagle Lake and our realtor was Shaun Heard with Smith Properties. This was the best and the smoothest real estate transaction we have ever had. He went above and beyond in helping us, since we were from out of the area. If you need a realtor, who is knowledgeable and knows the area, go with Shaun Heard.
Shaun Heard is kind, very courteous and professional. Absolutely the best. No need to go anywhere else in Lassen County.
