RecommendedI was unable to receive my initial delivery the first scheduled day due to a minor complication one of their employees (Zac) pointed out to me. I was able to get it fixed & he came back within a few days to deliver and install. Zac was very informative, professional & kind (even after doing his work in cold, wet, miserable weather first thing in the morning). I'd give him a raise for the new year! 😊 Happy New Year!
Called later in the day and was still able to be put on the schedule for next day to get oil!! You all are the best!!
Smith propane and oil are very reasonable and go by their word. I asked them to come to install my new tanks as late as possible and they did. Prices are great. When zac came to install he did a great job. Had another company before who did not have my tanks level. He worked and dig the ground to be sure my tanks were level and in perfect zac is Avery great person and worker. Did a great job. Anyone who wants good service and reasonable price go to smith propane and oil.

I have ran out of oil in past years and of course it happens of the coldest day of the year. I call Smith oil and they make every effort to have the oil delivered that day or at the latest the very next morning. I just want to say thank you!
