Great Service and very satisfied with the new generator that Dave and his son installed in my RV. Had been looking for a looking for the generator unit for a week with no luck until I called Powerhouse! They came through for me and installed it he next day. This is the place if you want your equipment installed and tested correctly. Thanks Again and Bravo Zulu.
This place is a joke. Dave is completely arrogant and does not return phone calls. Then gets annoyed when you call back when you try and reach him. We took a generator to them and they told me it needed a carburetor. After replacing the carb no change. Turns out it has oil leaking into the top cylinder, the intake valve does not close and rocker arms are blue from excessive heat. By the way it took over 2 weeks for them to tell me it needed the carb. Find a qualified Onan repair facility.
This business is a joke. Dave is very arrogant and they never return messages. Seems like a one man opperation. Be forewarned tale your generator to another Oman service center.
