Great experience dealing with Smith Pools, they are my go to and can’t see using anyone else
first off, the guys who put the pool up left all their trash, boxes and everything soaking wet in our grass. The next few days they call and say they are coming to finish, not when or a time. They come while we are not home and take it upon theirselves to jump our fence, and pilther through our garage to find the materials. leave things a mess in the garage and outside. I went there today to get chlorine and when it was time to load , the girl ask if “l “ needed help loading them. I said that ever time I have gotten chlorine someone there would always load them . She gave me the worst look, so I went out and had to loaded them my self. I ask to speak to someone to see if I had to bring someone with me to load them from now on. He was just as rude, he said if you could have waited for me to get off the phone I would have loaded them!!!! And he keep making excuses for the girl!!!!! I know I h... read more
Anytime I have a problem these guys are solving it. I drive to Southaven from Batesville MS- because they are the best knowledgeable guys with great customer service. They have saved us so much money by just selling us just what is needed to correct an issue and explaining how and why to use it. Thank You Smith Pools and Spas ... Y’all are the BEST!
