James came out to inspect our furnace and did a great job being efficient and explaining all the available options for repair. Will definitely be giving Smith a call to have him back out again in the near future! We also had Dre out to install a new garbage disposal that was desperately needed and he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! It's great that we can count on one company to address all of our appliance repair needs!
James Jackson was an incredible tech. We had issues with our new thermostat and it was a complicated issue. James embraced the challenge and did so in a friendly way. I would highly recommend James for my HVAC needs.

Had a shower knob rust to the point it broke in the on position. Kurt S came out, fixed our broke shower, got everything taken care of with no issue. He arrived early, was polite, professional, talked us (my cat and I) through everything he was doing and was a joy to have around. If you have a plumbing issue and a cat ask for Kurt.
