Justin came prepared, project cost will be much higher than I anticipated (same for other quotes) but he was super knowledgeable and nice.
Larry is an artist when it comes to making holes disappear and is quite nice and easy to work with. He did a great job.
Shawn Bedell - Super nice guy. I initially lost hot water from my boiler system. He Came out to do the work which is under warranty and Explained what was going on. Changed out a couple of failing components. He also suggested to service the system. The work took a couple trips for him to get the system working properly. During the last trip he discovered that a pump was failing and replaced it under warranty.
Shawn Bedell was one of the best technicians that we have had. He was friendly, polite, and listened to the symptoms of the issue. He did not try to take shortcuts to solve the problem. We'll want him back in the future! Thanks for sending him out.
Very clean and complete work, also helped me with paint sample.
