I am writing this review 4 years after Smith Peat Roofing was hired by my company to repair our flat roof. The company was highly recommended by a colleague so we believed we would get quality workmanship and customer service. At the time of the repair, due to their work, they flooded our office. They did say they would help to clean up the work and fix the repairs but I preferred to contact my insurance company to ensure the repair would be done and paid for. Outstanding. Very professional.
Edit from below previous review: This company does not clean up after their work sites still. They did my neighbours roof recently. They left hard hats, garbage and old hardware everywhere. I popped a tire driving because of the old nails not being cleaned up they were all over the ground and they are still blowing off the roof a year later from my own apartment roof being done and now blowing off our neighbour apartment roof as well.
