Took a mower back for warranty work for an oil leak. After a month they called and said it had been stolen from their place. They gave me a new replacement and then called a month later and said they found mine and they wanted the new one back. Come to find out they sold a used one and gave the customer mine instead of the one he bought. The new one they gave me now has 7 hours on it and leaks oil too. Afraid to take it in for repairs. Great service, great equipment
Have purchased equipment and had several pieces repaired. In my opinion this is the BEST and most professional company in Abilene!!
I am blown away by how unprofessional these people are. needed a clutch for our brushhog, they said it would be done in 4 days for 350$. 2 weeks in we call and they said they are waiting for the part. ok that's fine.....so we wait another week...no call from them Ever mind you. they said they can't get the part, they ordered from Toro and it's going to be 400 just for the clutch. we said we would like to pick it up they said we owe them 311$!!!! long story short I walk in there and talk to them......they let us take it for 7... read more
