I honestly can not think of the appropriate words to describe the experience we had at Smith Orthodontics. From the first phone call to schedule, the consult, to the last two years of treatment, we've never had an issue. They are so good about working you in if a problem arises, always have a smile on their faces and kind words to speak, and really make you feel like you're part of the family. I don't have enough nice things to say about Smith Orthodontics. My daughter got her braces off yesterday and from the first moment we entered the office when we had her first consultation, we were greeted with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Every phone call, every visit, every experience and interaction was pleasant. I never once felt like anyone on staff didn't want to be there- we felt like family. My daughter just got her braces off yesterday and is doing further treatment, they were very patient with her throughout the entire process. The staff is so awesome and very friendly, couldn't ask for nicer people. Dr Smith is just as awesome as her staff! My daughter was made to feel comfortable and welcomed.
