I am very disappointed with my visit to Smith Optometrics. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out everything was so rushed that I felt I was on a production line. I don’t think Dr Smith even looked up at me except to hand me my prescription. And….I wasn’t even told when I would be getting my contacts or if I was supposed to order them myself. As I'm sitting here wanting and needing to make an eye appt., I started reading over the reviews of Dr. Smith and his staff I've read nothing but the highest regard for all of them. I couldn't agree more. I've only been seen once and the way I was made to feel was amazing. It's as if for myself I stepped back in time to when people took the time to make your appointment personal with a welcoming almost as comfortable as you'd be at home, so much so I almost signed my name as Smith I was so comfortable.
