I canceled my appointment because I want to have my procedures done in a hygienic environment where the gloves that go into my mouth have touched only clean hands and sterile surfaces. Dr. Smith used gloves that had touched unsanitary surfaces (after shaking my hand and writing with a pen), both before and after going in my mouth! I have never had a dr shake my hand with gloves on. I will find another dentist.

Professional, gentle and very kind. Great assistants and office personnel. Would definitely go back to see him if I needed another root canal.

I had a tooth that had abscessed and traveled into the jawbone. Dr. Smith completed the procedure including cleaning the area beneath the tooth root. All of this took only one hour. I was amazed. He said what he had to do would have taken three one-hour appointments years ago. I'm deeply grateful for his expertise and gentle approach. I never felt he was trying to rush through me to get to the end of the day. I will continue to use Dr. Norman Smith for future Endodontic work, if I need it.
