My husband got a speeding ticket in Southaven - written on a Mississippi state ticket instead of city of Southaven ticket - so it would go on his driving record. We had R. I called to get a power of attorney, they don’t do those apparently. This is from their website: Estates and Wills Tailored to your needs. Includes drafting wills, probating estates, land deeds, *powers of attorney*, and healthcare directives. I asked the lady several questions to understand what the issue with my POA was and she kept repeating “at this time we don’t do those” over and over. Over Christmas break I was traveling through the state from the Midwest to get back to FL and unfortunately received a speeding ticket.
