My husband got a speeding ticket in Southaven - written on a Mississippi state ticket instead of city of Southaven ticket - so it would go on his driving record. We had R. I called to get a power of attorney, they don’t do those apparently. This is from their website: Estates and Wills Tailored to your needs. Includes drafting wills, probating estates, land deeds, *powers of attorney*, and healthcare directives. I asked the lady several questions to understand what the issue with my POA was and she kept repeating “at this time we don’t do those” over and over.
