Melissa is one of the best that I have ever been to. She is professional, caring and very compassionate. She spends way more than your allotted time with you and always makes sure that you are comfortable. I've gone to the clinic for stress, pain, colds and flu and have always felt well taken care of. I've also purchased some of the herbs, but have never felt pressured to do so. This is the only acupuncturist I will go to in town.
Could not use my right hand for any extended period of time. After a few sessions with Melissa, I not only had the full use of my hand but I was pain free. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely take customer satisfaction and peace of mind into account. Find someone with more experience. I was referred to her by my doctor; needless to say, she set my recovery way back. Had seen her for a couple of sessions, but after the third session I literally couldn't walk. I was hunched over in pain, so she had me get back on the table to do more needles. Felt better after, but the next morning I couldn't walk again and back was inflamed. I and my doctor called her several times, to which she never returned ANY of our calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
