I have used Mr. Smith now for about 3 years. He has consistently and accurately fixed heating problems for me at my rental properties. Once he even declined to come out because he said, this is the issue, and "I don't want to waste your money" Good guy!
I received terrible customer service. After calling, had to wait a week for first appointment. After the initial visit, had to wait another week for the follow up appointment to have my boiler cleaned. Then appointment was then canceled with less than 24hr notice via text. I couldn't even receive a phone call. Clearly he just wanted to collect a service fee and not do any work. Then he proceeded to avoid my calls for the next two weeks.
