I own a bakery and needed after hours service on a Saturday. Not the most ideal, but I called Smith and within a few minutes I received a call back and within 25 minutes help arrived. Was completely blown away and relieved by how quickly that all happened. Keith was so great and friendly, explained how some things work to me without being condescending, and most importantly, fixed the problem. Was the best case scenario, honestly, so thank you again Keith!!
