We paid $18,000 for a heat pump. It's less than 3 years old and has broken down twice. $600 bill the last repair. Now the heat and air conditioner doesn't work! I went and bought a $75 window air conditioner that keeps out whole house cool. Should of done that in the first place!! To anyone wanting to pay an absurd amount of money for a heat pump from smith west mechanical I highly recommend not too!!
