I have been using Smith Mechanical for about three years here in Bellingham, WA. Their technicians are always friendly, professional, and do a great job. I'm not a review writer, but this call was above and beyond my expectations. Recently, my furnace would not kick on for gas heat (the heat pump worked, but when it tried to use NG, it wouldn't start). We paid $18,000 for a heat pump. It's less than 3 years old and has broken down twice. $600 bill the last repair. Now the heat and air conditioner doesn't work! I went and bought a $75 window air conditioner that keeps out whole house cool. Should of done that in the first place!! To anyone wanting to pay an absurd amount of money for a heat pump from smith west mechanical I highly recommend not too!!
