Our family lost our youngest brother unexpectedly earlier this year. We have used this home for both our mom and dad years ago and continued this with our brother this year. We worked with Olga Federov who was extremely helpful getting us through the arrangements for this very difficult time. She guided us through the entire process from start to finish. My mother’s service was perfect, thanks to the exceptional care and guidance of the staff of smith McCracken. Rachel the funeral director made a terrible moment in life bearable and helped me create a beautiful send off for my mom. She was attentive, compassionate and kind with an eye for detail and a flair for words. Their team made the day seamless and easy for me at my darkest hour. I will always be grateful for the assistance and care given by every member of staff at each step of the process.

Smith McCracken helped us get through a very hard time. They took care of all arrangements that we asked for. We were even able to do a zoom call when we were coming back home. My dad was just like we remembered him thanks to the person that prepare him
