My mother’s service was perfect, thanks to the exceptional care and guidance of the staff of smith McCracken. Rachel the funeral director made a terrible moment in life bearable and helped me create a beautiful send off for my mom. She was attentive, compassionate and kind with an eye for detail and a flair for words. Their team made the day seamless and easy for me at my darkest hour. I will always be grateful for the assistance and care given by every member of staff at each step of the process.

Smith McCracken helped us get through a very hard time. They took care of all arrangements that we asked for. We were even able to do a zoom call when we were coming back home. My dad was just like we remembered him thanks to the person that prepare him
