Dr. Smith seemed like he was in a hurry and didn't want to discuss my condition with me. When I asked him to explain more I was told to go look it up online. I was also overcharged. I understand this is a thing with insurance, but four months later I have yet to receive my refund.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They answered all of my questions and seemed to really know what they were talking about.

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes!
