They really take the time to explain things to me to where I can make informed decisions about my own health. Its a really nice place with warm hearted people.
Dentists are very kind and do good work. The receptionist needs training. She is very rude and not willing to help when an issue arises. Insurance questions ruin her day quickly! Imagine how the patient feels after coming in several times for a much needed procedure and being told again that they can't be seen due to insurance issues and not being covered! this has happened multiple times. Dr. Smith has always been very kind and expedient, I really like how he takes the time to fully explain exactly what needs to be done.
I went to Dr. Smith when I was a kid and to his brother as I got older and now we get to see things come full circle by taking our kids to him. We have always had a positive experience with him and his brother. His staff are very friendly and respectable!
Is it possible to give 0 stars as that’s what I need!!!! DO NOT BRING YIUR CHILD HERE!!!!! maybe if they’re old enough to fend for themselves. They will ask you to leave (which violates your rights) & hold your child down. I made a huge mistake. Never again!!!!
