I was not happy with their services. They took the out application fee and took 3 weeks to reach out to tell me I was not approved after contacting them several times. 7 years ago a previous Landlord gave me a bad reference even though it was not true what they said. I gave supporting documents and still was told they went with a better tenant even though my current landlord which works coincidingly with the property gave me a good reference. Additionally, my daughter's friend rented from them and had additional issues.
