They are horrible at communicating and when you call the office number they just take a message. The townsquare app that they press you to use charges a convenience fee even if it's direct deposit. Plus they are with holding my special assessment refund check. And when they finally told me why, they said that it was because I didn't pay by monthly fee. I copy and paste a review from someone else because I'm having the exact same issue "I would not recommend Smith Management to anybody. When you call, they only take a message thru a switch board person. We should be able to talk directly with the property manager (ours is Holly Wilson). She is not returning calls, so nothing is getting done to help us in Creve Coure Crossing" She leaves a VM and sends an Email and then NEVER responds back to any replies. She also will not give a direct number to reach out to.
Early this month, the wind blew a branch onto our roof - I thought. I reported it to Smith, requesting removal & inspection for damage. The guys from maintenance who came out were great! They told us the branch was not ON the roof, but had actually punctured the roof! More wind and rain were forecast, so they brought a heavier-duty tarp. It held! Good work done by nice guys.
