I live in one of the condominiums they oversee, ever since they took over, our complex has gone downhill. We were affected by an explosion in North County that happened at least 6 months ago and have yet to see any repairs done. During this snowstorm, they have yet to had any snow company come out & clear out a path for us so we can get out to go to work. Yet, they had the audacity to raise our HOA fee AND request a $1,000 assessment fee from everyone. If I could give anything less than a one star rating, I would.
I have contacted them several times and still have not resolved We moved into our home December 5 and still have not received a cod or remote for the gate To
I would love to shout out Ann Bulmer from the Smith Management Group! She has replied back to ALL my emails in a timely manner! And has truly walked me through some problems! Thanks again for EVERYTHING!!! Your hard work is greatly appreciated!!!!!!
Poor connection with community, false charges, improper enforcement, and response time is horrible. They need to be audited, work is not being done and HOA fees went up.
Subdivision decided to outsource to this company and is a colossal waste of money. Outsourcing subdivision maintenance to a company who does not drive through to look at issues is a bad idea. Americans need to step up, do a job and quit outsourcing to people who do not live or care about your subdivision.
