Crystal Channell is providing excellent service as the community property manager for Robbins Mill Estates.
There have been insurance issues over the last year and a half regarding storm damage and the master policy coverages at the Crossings at Big Bend Community. It has been a long and tedious process. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Let’s start with Holly we just had a roofing project here and we’re forced to pay over $4000 for each condo. The homeowners have tried multiple times to get information from Holly, who says lots and lots of words, but doesn’t say anything at all and then when we’re trying to get documents to back up what she’s telling us they are charging us per page plus a $75 flat fee. This is the worst company you could ever choose to run your establishment. The people will lie to you. The community will look horrible. Holly Wilson is the most despicable representative I’ve ever had to deal with for anything in my life. She will condescend and treat you like you’re stupid. She is rude.
