I dont care to discuss my financial business with people in another country that do not speak clearly enough for me, as I have a hearing impairment, also the service is poor with confusing and conflicting answers. Takes way too long to answer the phone. They need to reduce the number of clients to give better service and conduct business only in AMERICA!!!
A very good company.
Our bathroom ceiling was damaged by a water leak in the unit above us. Smith Management sent a repair person to fix it once the insurance claim was settled. The repair work was excellent. Skyler (the repairman) made it look as if the leaks were never there. He is a gifted "drywall artist". Thanks again!
