Very unresponsive to requests. Don’t even try to call - by the time you finally talk to a human they say they will have someone call you back, but they won’t.
Extremely disappointing experience with Smith Management Group. I reached out regarding a simple HOA/community maintenance question about mulch replacement in a common berm area behind my property that clearly appears to be HOA-maintained and extends across multiple lots. If you are considering Smith Management Group, be advised that our Condo Community has had a terrible experience with them.
The absolute worst you can't get anyone on the phone you sent a message via their app and it takes forever to get a response. They owe us money but decided to keep it until a certain day. If it's our money then we should be collecting interest, if I Was laid on something they'd be collecting it for me. They took over after the first two went bankrupt so this subdivision is no longer what it was in 2017 and it's getting worse!
