I have rented from Smith Management for almost 7 yrs now. This is definitely the most professional, caring and kindest Management company I’ve ever rented from. Their properties are well kept. They have always addressed any questions and concerns in a timely manner and professionally for me and my neighbors. Anyone that can leave less than 5 stars for this business has to want something for nothing. I love this company and so do my neighbors.
Horrible. This lady Kim is not only the most rude human being ever, but so unprofessional, not to mention disrespect. Telling an interested renter that she would call them to bring in the deposit and send an application the following morning after us viewing the house and she never sent the app and the next morning I had to reach out again and she was so rude and then told me she would call me back once she got in the office and then never heard a word back. Found her listing for a house for rent. Set an appointment and she never showed up. We called her and she gave us a code to go look inside without her. We liked the house and called her immediately to put a deposit down and also had first months rent. She agreed to meet at 8 am the next morning but then backed out and said she had meetings that morning. She then told us she would call once she was finished with her meetings and never did. My husband and I tried calling, texting, even went up to the management building to try to get ahold of Kim. Finally got ahold of her and she was very rude and unprofessional. talking about I got all your messages and voicemails and I'll call you back when I'm not busy. I proceeded to ask her about hours and she said I'll call you back when I'm not busy. All snooty. Then said byyyyeeeeee and hung up on me. Kim is very unprofessional, hard to get a hold of and has the worst attitude! We were the best tenants ever until it was time to get our deposit back. I had to keep requesting our deposit and when it was sent out PAST the 30 days it was sent addressed to a nonexistent tenant. When Kim was addressed about this she said "Sorry for assuming you were married" very rudely. Since this issue has been addressed, a week later we still have not received a correct check and Kim has not returned or answered any of my phone calls/text. ... read more
