I have rented a Apartment for 8 years from SMO and love it here! I have a great privacy porch I sit there everyday. I can walk to Food City or the Library cause it is so close by. When my grandkids come to visit they love playing on the playground. If I have a repair they are their promptly within 2 hours or less! They are very nice people in the office. I really enjoy my apartment alot!

Glad I moved out I definitely won t ever rent from them again. Not very nice people. They don t want to fix anything. The apartments are cheaply built, doors and drawers are falling apart. They say it is the tenant s responsibility to fix anything that goes wrong. they also will enter your apartment whenever they so please whether you are home or not. And the maintenance man who is Hispanic, he talks dirty and cursing in his language at you not knowing that you understand what he is saying .As well they are very biased to wa... read more
