First off, highly unprofessional. I made a follow up appointment then got a call that they needed me to reschedule so, I did. Frustrating but no big deal. Then the day of my appointment they called me two and a half hours before my saying that the doctor was running late. The lady on the phone asked if I wanted to reschedule or still come in.
