Steven Smith of Smith LLC - ugh avoid this guy! This is my opinion. My experience with this guy was bad. He was not honest with me and misled me about the strength of my case. His billing was fraudulent and he charged me 20,000 for exchanging some short emails with opposing counsel. Kind of unbelievable that he would try such nonsense. My case was about intellectual property and employees who left my business and took clients with them using intellectual property of mine.
