Does not call back. Does not follow up. Very typical of miami unfortunately.
Staff is horrible , calls never returned , leave message no one calls. Also horrible to make an appointment, they never have !!!

The facility appears somewhat outdated, though the waiting area is comfortably cool; however, the examination rooms feel somewhat lukewarm.
Not good. No follow through. You call and leave messages and no one returns your call. The staff is generally rude. The doctors are fine. Particularly Jesus Rodriguez. He is very empathetic and caring.
