I have worked with Colin Smith over the past two years. He helped initially with the creation of a lease agreement of our father's home. Then, my father passed away, and I was named as executrix of his Will. Colin answered my call and guided me through the probate process. Initially meeting weekly via phone or Zoom, later on an as needed basis and now responsive to my requests for assistance with preparing for the sale of my father's house.
