Attorney Colin Smith is an amazing attorney! I am leary when comes to lawyers in general, but I have developed a new found trust. Colin is honest and fair with his fees. He is professional, intelligent, poised and levelheaded. He’s extremely knowledgeable regarding estate law and assisted me with wills, power of attorney, trusts, etc… Additionally, he successfully represented me in a civil law suit in which I won my case against a landlord who attempted to keep my deposit, unjustifiably. Colin was recommended by a client of my wife. Colin met with me immediately. His staff has been very helpful and so far I couldn’t be more pleased. Losing your mom and dad in three months complicates things but I have faith Colin and staff will handle everything.
I highly recommend Colin for his services. The probate case I had unfortunately was continuously delayed for two years. Decided to switch the Legal Services I was using and found Colin. In less than two months Colin had the probate case done and is working on some other items for me. I am so happy with the outcome and expect that the more difficult items will be resolved timely as well.
