Dr. Smith is an amazing Doctor. He has always been so kind to me and has always taken the time to listen to all of my concerns and questions (and I usually have a lot!). He is knowledgeable and has always referred me to another professional if there was an issue out of his wheelhouse. I have recommended him to many people and will continue to do so.
Seen Doc Smith for almost 10 years! Last couple of visits, I noticed a decline in the healthcare delivery! Hubby went in for migrating joint pain and Dr. said he was 46, probably just getting old and laughed! Next visit labs showed signs of RA! Back in the day, I trusted him with my life...questionable now! 😔
This doctor is horrible. Horrible bed side manner, horrible follow up, horrible at referrals and communication. Horrible patient advocate, horrible at holding a grudge and horrible all around. OMH needs to get rid of him badly. He’s not good for business at all. He was supposed to be communicating with other physicians that we dealing with my husbands very complicated medical history and failed miserably. Dr. Smith has been an amazing doctor for me. He's kind, compassionate, very intelligent in his field, and really listens. I've never felt rushed during my appointments with him and highly recommend him as a family doctor.
I would not even give 1 star bUT in order to give review I had to. I live 50 miles and was looking forward in a primary health physician but his ignorance and rescheduling me after I wasted my time to drive there and arrived early due to other appointments, explain to staff that I would be in parking lot if one failed to show up to call me..so 2 hours went by I go in for seduced time then his staff said he will not see me today due to the paper work I had signed to hand him on results from a test needed to be faxed.
