Excellent doctor. We loved her and she is so efficient. Her office on the other hand did NOT contact me about my sons surgery until 1½ DAYS BEFORE. They never contact me about appointments until last minute. The office manage is rude and won't solve any issues. I had to call and see when my sons follow up is since I had yet been contacted. Unprofessional.
Loved loved Dr Keitha Smith, she is in Minden, La, we had already been to a Dr in Bossier twice, my ear steadily getting worse. Dr. Smith asked lots of questions, finally she got the answer, Q tips!!!!!! I was always cleaning out my ears with them and had developed bad fungus. She explained how very delicate the ear canal is just touching it with anything opens a tiny spot for infection and or fungus, she gave me new med no more steroid which destroys immune responding! The receptionist was very unprofessional. Rude and disrespectful. Being that I am hard of hearing and misunderstood what she said she snapped back and said “oh I wasn’t even talking to you I was talking to her” (the other receptionist to her side) which also was very rude and laughed. The doctor K. Smith walks in after I was taken to a room, comes in whispering very low tone and I asked her to speak up because I can’t hear, again rudeness. I feel the Dr and her secretary are not on the same page. That secretary she has is very unprofessional and rude. If it was up to me my grandkids would not go back. Dr Smith seems to be a good doctor but the unprofessional staff and the setting and keeping of appointments set up is not together. Cancel an appointment when we are in route and we live a hour and a half away.
I found the staff and Dr. were unprofessional and rude. I won't be going back again. The CT scan i was supposed to be getting never happened. Don't waste your time with this "Doctor".
