Good winter maintenance visit with excellent service by Dennis Lovely.
We have used Smith and Keen for a few years now to service our HVAC units, and we have been very pleased with their service. Dennis, whom is our maintenance technician is excellent. He is respectful, courteous, on time, but most of all, he does a great job.
The technical - Dennis - was timely, professional and answered the problem.
Year's ago don't want these people working on my outside heat pump or nat. gas heater dangerous sloppy work, had to go get other company.
I will not call Smith and Keene again. I waited in an empty house for 5+ hours for a technician who came to do a job. Only to find out Smith and Keene doesn't perform this type service. Clearly a misunderstanding; And my clients were charged.(I will pay for them) These clients have been serviced by Smith and Keene many years and had recently purchased new HVAC equipment from them.
