On Jan 4 my thermostat registers 68 degrees downstairs when it was set for 72 degrees. The upstairs registered 71 degrees and was 71. I called Smith and Keene to come to my house on a Saturday. After I explained to them the issue, they said I need a $789.00 motor for carbon monoxide rusted out, had to what 2-3 days to get in. Meanwhile my house downstairs was freezing.
