This by far is the best Jewelers around. The customer service is fantastic. You are always greeted with a smile and a friendly face. I have had Mr. Smith fix many of my necklaces and rings that other stores have tried too and there is no doubt who takes the time to get it done right. Thank you for all your wonderful service. You really know how to keep your customers coming back with the great quality you send out.
I took my necklace in to have a small repair done to it. It looks like a 5 year old did it. It's worse than when I brought it in. I still can't wear it. It will break again the first time I wear it. I will take it to someone else who can do the job correctly. This necklace is very sentimental to me. The person who had it made for me has passed away. I will never bring my jewelry here again OR recommend you to anyone.
