Let us know two days before the inspection that he only takes cash or check, even though he was aware that we were not able to be present at the time of inspection. Ended up having to mail a check overnight so that we could get our inspection report on time. Took two weeks to get our water and lead paint tests back. Ended up having to accept the house before seeing these tests as buying a house is on a tight schedule that doesn't accommodate three weeks for tests. Missed many minor details on home inspection
Jeff was FANTASTIC. Very quick to get my inspection schedule and arrived promptly at our appointment time. Jeff explained absolutely everything and promptly got the report to me. Will be using again !
