This is an extraordinary optical company on the Westside of Grand Rapids. Professional, organized, and welcoming. You can see the difference instantly. Using handheld iPads to review and/or update medical history (a process that is inherently tedious) the staff seemed to be in a constant state of making our visit useful, informative even pleasant.
