The main reason this dealership has a great service department is because of Danny Suski I should know because he was my service advisor at landers mclarty Nissan for many years and I always requested Danny when it came to having my cars serviced. Danny genuinely cares about people and their cars he explains every repair or service being done to your car or truck and speaking from personal experience he will go out of his way to make sure repairs are done right! This dealership is very lucky to have Danny working for them!
Last October 2023, I visited Smith Infinity Service department in Huntsville, AL, seeking an alignment job for my QX56. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply unsatisfactory. Despite two return trips to address the issues stemming from their initial work, the problem persisted, resulting in the premature wearing out of two sets of tires.
