I’ve always had my car serviced at Infiniti. In September, I had new tires installed (switched from run-flats to regular), but no alignment was performed. Four months later, with only 5,800 miles, the rear tires were completely bald. Infiniti replaced them and charged me full price, saying they’d file a warranty claim. Hannah was very helpful and kind. I forgot the garage door remote in the loaner and she immediately called and waited outside for me to return to the dealership to hand it back to me.

I purchased a 2015 QX80 in 2016 and serviced it at Smith Infinity only. I complained shortly after purchasing it that, the engine light was coming on, and that I could only purchased gas from two brands to keep it from constantly staying on. Then I explained that it was still coming on more often. They check and said no sensor indicator revealed a problem. They suggested I could try adding gas additive (off the record). My experience with the service team was excellent! Hannah kept me informed very well on everything that was going on and I’m overall very pleased. I had my vehicle back when promised. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.
