We hired Josh to do a home inspection for us this past march. He found a laundry list of small issues, recommended we get the water heater and AC serviced due to age. Josh marked the attic power ventilation fans as satisfactory, both were not. We also found the water heater and water heater drain pan to have substantial leaks. The day after we closed we found soaking wet insulation and wet dry wall due to these leaks. Josh is excellent and we would recommend him to anyone buying a new home. He was thorough in his inspection, caught things we would never have thought about checking and was very knowledgeable in all areas of the house (plumbing, electricity, etc). He was professional and easy to schedule while being flexible and working around our crazy schedules. We love our new home and are thankful to him for making sure we covered all our bases before moving in!
