Josh performed a home inspection for me at my residence. He found several issues that were not found by a previous inspector. I highly recommend.

Josh is excellent and we would recommend him to anyone buying a new home. He was thorough in his inspection, caught things we would never have thought about checking and was very knowledgeable in all areas of the house (plumbing, electricity, etc). He was professional and easy to schedule while being flexible and working around our crazy schedules. We love our new home and are thankful to him for making sure we covered all our bases before moving in!
