Smith did amazing work for me this week. Stipulations in a sale agreement for my home requires that I had my furnace and AC inspected and cleaned. I could not get anybody to do the work. One company said they were booked solid. Two companies didn’t even bother to call me back! When I spoke with Lisa at Smith, she was helpful, sympathetic, and willing to get me scheduled prior to my closing date. I had two technicians, Jon (AC) and Andrew (furnace). I do not recommend them. First of all, they would not provide a plan for the ductwork for my new house. They then did not follow basic HVAC standards ie put ducts at the end of the duct trunk, piled flex ducts on top of esch other like spaghetti thus, limiting airflow through the ducts, left gapping holes at all of the ductwork joints including the vents where you could see through the corners & sides into the crawl space, they cut corners, the filter housing looked like a diy disaster & had excessive airflow around the filt... read more
