John Smith came when he said he would, and called ahead with the exact time he'd be there. He found the problem which he fixed quickly and inexpensively, and then he did a system check and topped up the freon. While in our basement, he noticed a gas leak in our dryer, got out his gas sniffer, took the back off the dryer and found the leak. When it turned out to be covered under the dryer guarantee, he turned off the gas to the appliance and advised us to get a warranty call. Highly recommend these guys! They came out this past Saturday after calling 7 or more other people only to hear it will be later in the afternoon or a few days or we will call you when we can come. We called Smith's after they were referred by a friend and they came with in a few hours. Super great guys. Even came back a few hours later to make sure everything was running ok. John came out at 9:30pm on a Thursday night; this was the coldest night of the month this year, 26 degrees. Wife and kids were going to bed and said they were cold, and the heater wouldn't come on. Thankfully John took my call late at night, arrived within an hour, and had the problem solved in 20 minutes! Turns out it was just a loose wire, but he fixed that and gave it a winter tune-up while he was inside the furnace. Now we have heat, the same night within a few hours, and it was awesome service. Very dependable and John does great work! Price was right. Very reasonable . I called him at 9pm Sunday bc my heat wasn't working but he came right out. He was at my house by 10pm the same night . He was so sweet. He didn't want me be cold . He told me on the phone he will come on out and he was. Thank God he could fix it that night. There not to many company would do that. I told John he could wait till the morning to fix it but he said he will come out now that he didn't want to me to be cold. I got lucky . Thank you John.
