Called the day before a long trip. A/C critical message warning. Everyone. Brigitte, Debbie, Ismal were fantastic. Worked to fit me in and solve our problem. Have had smith services since 1995. Highly recommend them.
What a first-class A/C company! We just had a purchase a new unit and the detailed information, service from the office and installers was stellar! I will recommend Smith highly. And the new Trane unit is so quiet my husband is sleeping so much better! Thank you.
Incredible! The best help I ever received from an ac company. Super friendly and honest! It was such a relief to have found them. They replaced my entire central air system in a day and have been in touch in case I needed anything. They also have amazing plans that come with their services even after installation! If your ac broke or you have no idea why it’s not working contact Smith Services!
I have not used this company and never will as a result of witnessing one of their employees driving through my neighborhood like a bat out of hell as I was walking my dog. When I yelled at him to slow down he put the pedal to the metal and speeded up. When I passed by him in my neighbor’s driveway he refused to take accountability for his behavior.
