Had to replace one of our systems, and they did an excellent job. Excellent job explaining the process, installation was on time, and the unit keeps our beach house cool.
Smiths Heating & AC has been servicing our beach house at OIB for years. They always do a great job and help maximize the life of our HVAC units. Those near the beach know that is not easy with the salt air environment. They recently replaced both of our units and got us up and running in no time. Special thanks to Adi Nelson on educating me on the various options out there and helping us pick the best one for our needs and budget. I would highly recommend their services!
Jacob was our technician and he was wonderful! We experienced a rather unfortunate situation ending with the AC unit in our condo needing to be replaced. Jacob was informative and kind! Very pleasant to deal with.
My HVAC system quit working on Wednesday. Smith's was able to replace the system on Friday! I have been a customer of Smith's since 1995. Their service is exceptional, they do not disappoint.
