Smith's Heating is great. Our second floor compressor failed on a Sunday afternoon, by Monday we had a plan that involved the need for a crane to get the outside unit on the roof that is 5 stories from the ground. They recognized the inconvenience our guests would be experiencing and by Friday the same week all was back to new. This included having a special ceramic coating professionally applied. Big shout out to Adi and Ceasar for their quick and outstanding service.

Last Friday at 5:45pm, I called Smith’s because my AC suddenly stopped working and it was 108 outside with the heat index, and inside my house was 93 degrees. To my surprise, the technician answered the phone and said he would come my way after completing the stop he was at. I did not expect him to say he would be right over, I truly thought I’d get an answering service and not hear from anyone until Monday. The technician had to replace the compositor. Smith was recommended to me by a friend because they were “honest, fairly priced, and timely”. I have used them over 6 years and have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because they went above and beyond on the work they recently did for us. They were putting in a drip pan and new drain lines for our unit. My AC went out in my residents. I called in the morning and Smith Heating and AC arrived at 2:00pm that afternoon. Larry and his assistant Service Technician checked both units inside and out A small leak was spotted on the outside unit. Larry replaced a small valve. Before the valve was replaced the remaining Freon was removed. Valve was replaced and a pound of additional Freon was added. My Unit was up and running shortly thereafter.
