Avoid a Trane hard to push As stated in other reviews, the company is difficult to work with and does not stand behind their services. New equipment was a step down from the unit replaced. They are a TRANE authorized company, but TRANE does nothing to support the customer if issues arise. I experienced short cuts in workmanship and basic sizing calculations pointed out by another A/C company called in to assist.
Look Elsewhere These folks have been around a long time and seem competent. That becomes an illusion as you cannot count on them to keep appointments or show up on time. If they get a bigger job than yours, you go to the back of the line. Don't bother.
