Impolite, impatient, and unhelpful.
Just a bunch of money-hungry frauds. I was referred to these guys by an attorney who does pro bono work for seniors with limited income. All I need is a simple letter sent to, or one phone call made to, my former employer for the IRS. These crooks wanted to charge me $275 to even talk to me. That doesn't even count how much they'd want to make a phone call or write a letter. I'm just trying to get back $1070 overpayment of Social Security taxes.
