This organization is uncaring and untrustworthy with what they tell you. As a patient for over 35 years, they have dropped me like a hot potato. Disregard the fact that I need asthma medication and am on Medicare. I am disappointed and astonished by the runaround and dishonesty or lack of concern by a supposedly "Christian" organization.
This place has several things that you need with the pharmacy and lab (bloodwork) area. I frequently take my elderly parents here and once in a wheelchair and one uses a walker. It does have a covered drop-off area, but it is a long walk to the elevators, which makes it somewhat difficult for them. The people are kind and the self-check-in at the lab is very user-friendly. The parking lot is huge and I’ve never seen it more than halfway full.
Dr. H. Morgan was such a great doctor and was very knowledgeable about my condition. He did more for me than any other doctor I've seen since my condition started. I had been dealing with this since Sept. 26th of 2022. As soon as he saw my arms and my back he knew immediately that it was a fungal infection. He had blood drawn and urine sample taken and even a chest X-ray and sent a referral to a dermatologist just to be safe. I highly recommend him if you want a great doctor who is very knowledgeable. I'm just frustrated. I waited a couple months for an appt with Dr. Wolfe, the appt day came. I go to my scheduled appt, and I am then told by the receptionist that the DR is out on a delivery, and it is unknown when she would be back, but I am able to wait if I choose so I chose to sit in the waiting room and do just that, wait. So I wait and I am told after over an hour of waiting that the DR will not be returning. But the receptionist says I can schedule for a future appt.
