Just purchased a truck with brand new wheels and tires and this car wash literally curbed rashes all 4 wheels….when I circled around the other employee stated a sensor was acting up….when I filed a claim they said everything was functional and video footage showed no damage was done from the wash this is a lie and lawyers had been contacted ! I should have checked the reviews first!!! Clearly they have a reputation of poor quality car wash!!! If you’re charging $22 for the second to highest quality wash with the bells and whistles I expect a lot more! Ive heard the car wash off of exit 29 in Corbin is cheaper and gets the car squeaky clean!! I’ll be sure to go there from now on. If I paid for the cheapest wash I’d expect this outcome!
