We have been seeing Dr. SMITH for a few years now. She is so friendly and great with the kids. She doesn't talk down to us and always answers any questions we have.
Dr. Frances Smith seems as if she's not paying attention to 1/2 of what you tell her. She recently wrote a letter on my son's behalf regarding a diagnosis that was never made and never communicated to me. She noted in the document that she recommended that my son go to a specialist for this phantom diagnosis. She stated that this all occurred in his most recent appointment, which I took him to.
