Good no nonsense service experience so far
Took my vehicle in for some warranty issues. Justin in the service dept handled everything and kept in contact along the way letting me know how the truck was coming along. Overall extremely satisfied.
I traded in my 2019 Nissan and purchased a 2024 Ford Escape, everyone during the purchasing process was very professional, communicative, and helpful. I called in advance to confirm what they had on the lot and the current sticker prices for them all. Then came in for a test drive a few days later before purchasing my new vehicle the next day. Everyone was so great and really made the process of buying my first new vehicle a good one!
Very friendly staff ! I had a wonderful experience buying my new vehicle. One of the few times i felt at ease while making a vehicle purchase.
Ed was a true gem to work with during my out of state transaction! He sent me pictures and videos and assured me my floor mats would be in the vehicle when I arrived (as advertised). Financing was a little tricky & ultimately annoying to use my own in state credit union, but to no fault of Ed’s. I hope Ed the best!
