I drove approximately 2.5 hours to Smith Ford in Conway to purchase a specific used truck they had in inventory. It was exactly what I had been looking for—two years old, low mileage, and difficult to find equipped the way I wanted it. Says its open till 5pm, drive an hour only to find out that's only the sales, parts has different hours, idiots should have made a google biz listing for each department if they don't maintain the same hours.

The purchase of our new truck at Smith Ford went so smooth and quickly I can't image how it could be improved. All questions were answered immediately. The financing was smoother than I ever experienced before in my life time and as a senior citizen I have purchased many new cars and/or trucks. I am very pleased with the choices given and feel we were able to make the best decision for us and are very happy with the whole experience.
