I was passing through Arkansas on my way to Oklahoma. I was going to the Hilton Garden and seen a truck that I liked in the parking lot so I stopped and walked in the door and had the opportunity to work with Mark.and Matt my salesman and sales manager. I'm happy with my vehicle purchase from Smith Ford. There was no pressure or dealership games I've experienced so many times before. All of the staff was courteous, professional and attentive. I would highly recommend them and plan on dealing with them in the future.

My daughter and I were not looking to buy yet…My daughter gave Tyler five SUV models for us to check out. He showed us the three that were on the lot. The third we looked at checked all the boxes. Smith Ford is amazing! I spent 3 weeks trying to decide on a vehicle and the salesman, Drake, was so kind and patient with me throughout the entire process! I never felt like he was being pushy and he answered every question I asked (and I asked a lot of questions!). They gave me the best price I could find within a 100 mile radius. And they even sent me a little gift in the mail, which no dealership has ever done! I highly recommend Smith Ford if you’re in the market for a vehicle! They go above and beyond!
