Went to the parts department for an overpriced key fob battery about 2 months and 2000 miles ago and already showing low key fob battery.
I dropped off my Ford Transit Van recently that was possibly experiencing a MyKey glitch. They said it would likely be a half-day minimum and it might require a diagnostic procedure and likely two hours more following the diagnostic I should be able to pick it up. About seven minutes after dropping imy Transit off they called me as my wife and I were driving home and said the issue was fixed and I could come pick it up. Now that's what I call service. They treated me like a king! Thanks!!!
