My daughter and I were not looking to buy yet…My daughter gave Tyler five SUV models for us to check out. He showed us the three that were on the lot. The third we looked at checked all the boxes. Smith Ford is amazing! I spent 3 weeks trying to decide on a vehicle and the salesman, Drake, was so kind and patient with me throughout the entire process! I never felt like he was being pushy and he answered every question I asked (and I asked a lot of questions!). They gave me the best price I could find within a 100 mile radius. And they even sent me a little gift in the mail, which no dealership has ever done! I highly recommend Smith Ford if you’re in the market for a vehicle! They go above and beyond!
I took my car in for the transmission & door handle. They said it was the engine. Refuse to do anything. Then when I checked the transmission, it didn't have any fluid in it! Enough so I could go buy some. I'm lucky to have a friend that will fix the handle. Women and seniors beware.
We have had a great experience before with the Smith family. Mr. Austin could not have been kinder or more accommodating. Our sweet Miss Amber again gave her full attention to my financing needs. Thank you for the pleasant experience.
My vehicle has been out of commission due to a safety recall on the engine since June. I’m sure the service dept is overwhelmed and I also understand that these things take time but it’s very frustrating as a consumer to be told one thing by Ford the manufacturer and something completely different by the service team. I’ve been left in limbo for the past month in regards to repair timeline and the rental that the letter I received from ford says I’m suppose to get.
