Have purchased a number of vehicles from Smith Ford. I like the no hassle from the owner and sales people. They go out of their way to make sure everything goes smoothly from the time you look at a vehicle to the financing. The service department is very accommodating. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car.
From the first phone call, I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the service department staff (unlike some Ford service departments I tried to call). Scheduling my F150 for service was uncomplicated and super accommodating! Although I reside an hour away, Smith Ford in Lordsburg will be my go-to service center from now on. Kudos to all the staff!
We unfortunately had a transmission go out on our car traveling from California to San Antonio. Our car had an extreme amount of miles on it and need a new transmission. They helped put us in a very reasonably priced car so we could make it home. Every single person there was beyond welcoming and nice, from service to sales, we didn't feel like we were being pushed into anything we didn't want. I broke down in Lordsburg. AC compressor locked up on my truck and shredded a belt. A friend gave me Mr. McSpadden's number and he not only answered my text messages on a Sunday but he also called me to make sure if I was ok or if there was anything he could do for me until my truck could be fixed. Once the dealership was open, they fixed my truck as soon as they possibly could.
