From drop off to pick up everything was seamless. They provide the whole multipoint report in an email and then provide a link to pay online so you can pick up your vehicle at your convenience. Giving you the option to lock your FOB in the car so you can pick up after hours. Very pleasant experience.
After using Smith Ford since 1984, I knew the names of everyone in the service department and some of the sales persons. Bean experience was awful. When I'm lied to from the service advisor, outright, no more Beans, ever again. Of course, not repaired either. I knew the truth of what was wrong and needed the evening before she lied to me. I had to bring my wife in with me to pick it up so I didn't cause a scene.
