Service desk was friendly and accommodating. I took my truck to get serviced and they did a great job.
Excellent service. Express oil change was done in about an hou while I waited, topped off all fliud levels, inspected tires, breaks etc. and replaced wiper blades for about $135 on my F-150 Although I made the appointment online, iy never made it through. Luckily the place wasn't busy (about 11am Tuesday), they still did the oil chnage quick.
Fred Beans of Washington is a wonderful business. Working with Tyler was a complete joy as well as the finance manager and the business manager and all the other employees who were involved. Tyler has this amazing energy and compassion for his customers. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and the knowledge about the vehicle that I purchased that Tyler had was incredible! After trying over and over and over to get pricing I luckily found what I was looking for and at an amazing price from another dealer. Oh well
Mario was my salesperson and did a great job. Everything went well and everything including the car was explained to me clearly. My emails and messages had quick responses as well. Great experience.
