Went there expecting the typical dealership run around and dog n pony show. I was thankfully wrong and received exceptional, no hassle, stress-free experience while purchasing my vehicle. Tim and trainee Ralph were phenominal, probably due to the leadership of their sales manager Jenn who was just awesome. Conversing with them it showed thats the overall philosophy at Fred Beans; simple, straight forward and leave it all on the table for their customers. Highly Recommend.

Tuesday before Thanksgiving I was driving from PA to NJ to visit my mom and purchase our fresh turkey. As I was driving I was alerted my Bronco Sport was overheating. It has 20k miles, how can this happen?! I was 2.5 miles away from FB Ford. I let my car cool a bit and slowly drove to the service area. very honest and respectful experience. the staff is very straightforward and friendly. been to other zero star dealerships, this one is above and beyond. I'd rather travel the 40+ miles to get my car serviced than go to a closer dealership! i live within 5 miles of another dealership and prefer Fred Beans much more!
