PSA: GET A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION IF THERE IS NO WARRANTY AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Scammer. Wanted me to bring in fobs and charge me $150 and said it had to be hooked up to computer to program electronic door code . I looked it up on YouTube and did it myself for free .
Fred Bean Washington is always helpful, kind, and direct when I need a service or a big job. Recently, I needed a whole new engine and almost got ripped off by another shop. However, here, they reminded me of a warranty and saved me a significant amount of money. They also helped me get a loaner car and were incredibly responsive every day.
I have probably purchased 25 automobiles in my lifetime, and dealing with the Fred Beans sales staff was a very pleasurable experience. They were respectful courteous and attentive to any concerns I had. I can honestly say this was the best car purchase experience that I have ever had. I was able to get a quick appointment and the work was done excellently and my service advisor was kind and helpful and kept me up to date with everything going on.
