Best thing is he's paid by the companies and not by you, so his services are complimentary, so zero risk to inquire. He's so relaxed and easy to work with, helps with a not so fun decision.
I unfortunately have had a frustrating experience. My health insurance people I’ve talked with said there were several errors on his end which has been a major headache for me. Constant phone calls— my name was put in incorrectly, they said he signed up accidentally for 2 plans, another gal said my birthday was put in incorrectly. I’m not sure if this was just a bunch of mistakes but it felt sloppy and frustrating. He is a very kind man and was highly recommended. Maybe we just hit a bad moment or something.
